Drilled pilot holes and updrilled LH aileron hinge. The plans call for the inside roll of the hinge to be flush with the trailing edge. When installed, the rolled edge is facing down, away from the trailing edge. To get the rolled edge to line up, I clamped the hinge upside down so the hinge roll was against the trailing edge. Then pilot drilled through the skin holes in several places with the holes the same distance from each end. That way the pilot drilled holes would still line up when the hinge was flipped end to end. I then cleco'd the hinge correct side up using the pilot holes, then finished pilot drilling and updrilling the remaining holes.
Finished pilot drilling the the outboard skin and updrilled all the holes as needed.
Next step is to take it all apart, debur everything, and dimple the leading edge holes.
